G. John Tysse

G. John Tysse is the managing partner of Norris, Tysse, Lampley & Lakis, LLP (NTLL). He also serves a Chief Operating Officer of the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC), a national nonprofit association of private sector employers established in 1976 to promote sound approaches to the elimination of discrimination in employment, and as President of Employment Advisory Services, Inc. (EASI), a human resources compliance and risk management consulting firm affiliated with NTLL that specializes in corporate EEO and affirmative action compliance programs.

Prior to joining NTLL’s predecessor firm as a partner in 1984, Mr. Tysse served as Director of Labor Law for the Chamber of Commerce of the U.S. He also previously served as Regional Manager of Government Relations for the Kimberly-Clark Corporation, as Director of Occupational Safety and Health for the National Association of Manufacturers, and as an attorney-advisor for the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.

Mr. Tysse received his undergraduate degree from Hope College in Holland, Michigan, and his law degree from the Ohio State University. He is a member of the District of Columbia bar.
